The JUMBO RAIL range pushes the limits of deck and boardwalk construction. Designed as high-capacity load-bearing profiles, JUMBO RAILs combined with the Flat Rail or a PR56 create rigid structures offering very long spans with no intermediate supports.

Solution 1: Crossed JUMBO
The crossed Jumbo Rails solution combines load-bearing beams and UR rails laid crosswise to create an exceptionally rigid structure. This configuration optimises load distribution, significantly reduces the number of supports required and simplifies complex projects. It achieves spans of up to 4.4 m under 350 kg/m², outperforming many competing systems, and 3.9 m under 500 kg/m², meeting the requirements of category C5 for very high-traffic public structures.
Solution 2: JUMBO + crossed PR56
The Jumbo + crossed PR56 solution uses Jumbo Rails as load-bearing beams, with PR56 profiles crossing over them. This configuration lightens the structure while maintaining excellent stability. It requires more supports, but significantly reduces the total weight and therefore the overall cost of the project. A smart compromise that boosts competitiveness without sacrificing mechanical performance or installation quality.
